Join us for two mornings of creative exploration at Square Edge’s Creative Space. This hands-on programme invites children to experiment with art in fun, accessible ways that focus on process, not perfection.
Over the two sessions, kids will learn nature-inspired printing techniques using real leaves, building layered notebook designs with paint, washes, and textures. They’ll also create their own imaginative vegetable characters, using sponges, bubble wrap, and other tools to add playful detail.
Alongside this, participants will explore the magic of colour mixing. Younger students will discover how primary colours combine to form secondary shades through their own colour wheels, while older students will expand into tertiary colours and experiment with warm and cool palettes.
These workshops encourage creativity, play, and self-expression. Children will take home their own decorated notebook, colourful artwork, and the confidence that comes from discovering new artistic techniques.
