Prenatal Strength & Movement is a gentle, low-impact exercise class designed to support expectant mothers throughout pregnancy.

Classes focus on posture, core and pelvic floor strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and relaxation. Each session can be adapted to suit different stages of pregnancy, fitness levels and individual needs, helping you remain active in a safe and supportive environment.

Whether you are new to exercise or already lead an active lifestyle, the class provides practical movements that can help you feel stronger, more comfortable and more confident throughout your pregnancy.

What the Classes Include

Strength and Stability Exercises

The class is suitable for pregnant women with a range of fitness levels and exercise experience. Exercises can be adjusted to suit your stage of pregnancy and individual abilities.
